Can you describe the few features and fixes in this release?

The main feature is ability to control a remote W7FC installation nearly as the local one.
The main panel includes a combobox listing available (autodetected) LAN computers.
Selecting a computer from the list you switch to control the selected PC.

Hey, that's a nice feature. Definitely interesting.

Just to set expectations, is this 4.5 beta branch going to morph into a major new release that will cost to upgrade to??

with the lapse of time.
However, there will be a program “find a bug/problem for the free license”

is this overwriting the "Client-W7FW setting" "disable-all" incoming by default?

I assume that this control-access has to be enabled on the client and client+controller both have to be on the new software-status?

The default zone can be adjusted locally and remotely,
The use of DisableAll is determined on the fresh installation (which is local only at the moment) solely.

>I assume that this control-access has to be enabled on the client and client+controller both have to be on the new software-status?

The remote access itself is predefined/enabled by the setup option and new application detection (the Default zone usage) is not involved in the remote accessibility.
So there is no need in a specific “default” behavior for the remote operations.
Anyway W7FC control panel can manage W7FC remote installation, not third party applications directly, and the installation manages local (to the installation) applications.
