IDM integration module cannot contact IDM application

I have chosen zone "EnableAll" for both of Chrome browser and Internet Download Manager applications. However I get the following error when I try to download something by right mouse click and selecting "Download with IDM" from context menu:

But if I choose mode "EnableAll", then IDM works as it should. What is the problem in this case?

If the problem does not exist in Mode:EnableAll, the problem is definitely
in incorrect permissions.
There may be other applications/services involved into the required
communication that are mistakenly blocked by incorrect permissions.
So please revert to Mode:Normal and trace the blocked events shown during the attempt
to establish the connection.
The firewall blocked events are pretty descriptive and show what
application/service was blocked and show the blocking reason (zone/rule).
Understanding the blocks mistakenly made you can reconsider the permissions.
If you have a difficulty with analyzing the blocked event, please send us the
blocked.log/access.log file of the firewall installation folder.
How to
- Settings/Log/Reset (to make the log minimal)
- attempt to establish the connection (that will fail probably due to incorrect permissions)
- send us the log please.

If you have the zones/rules customized also please send us the file from
Settings/Export (currently used settings)

I found the wrong permission. The Windows Explorer zone was DisableAll.
