info: shareit regarded as spamaddress

We don’t think that shareit could change the domain to send the e-mails from. ;-)
So probably contacting google could be more reasonable.
Anyway the google filtering is beyond of shareit management.
However we hardly believe that google would react to such requests.
We noticed that the gmail related web panel allows some related management.
The filtering is based on patterns and statistics of the current (marked as) spam activity.
So if you “unspam” the email(s) with the web panel, there is an option for that, the following filtering will be patched hopefully

Typically free e-mail providers do their “best” to provide with the secure services.
The security is under control of the provider in that case always.
So finally, the provider decides what you receive and what will be filtered out, in spite of whether there is a related control panel. BTW some free e-mail providers delete questionable emails blindly and unconditionally, you even will never be able to find such emails at all.
So the google option looks friendly enough.
The only way to put the filtering option under your sole control is using a commercial e-mail provider. It’s really not expensive. The choice is definitely yours.

No change in domain is suggested, but just get out of Gmail's blacklist. Recommend to give it a try to Shareit (there must be a reason why they came on this list; Sphinx is definitely Not on this list).

There are a dozen of the blacklists managed by various _independent_ “hosts”. Sphinx is on some them in spite of we did not ever send any kind of bulk e-mails, even no newsletters, only personal replies to personal support requests.
Although Shareit do send newsletters, the blacklists are managed typically by independent hosts.
We are not sure a blacklist is involved, the filtering is often implemented by fuzzy statistics based algorithms.
Moreover, just try to imagine, you (for instance) have been managing a blacklist. How many “exclude me” requests you would receive every day. What you would do with the requests?
Also we have a lot of users with gmail account. We have never been reported regrading the blacklist problem. The users did receive the order confirmation emails successfully as the users used the license codes sent from shareit. So we can't exclude the specific email account problem.

We would need the e-mail with the full headers at least to determine the strict filtering reason.
Please realize, we do not have an intention ignore the problem at all, we just do need to understand what to send, where to send and whether any kind of audible actions or reports could be expected beyond silence or "thank you for contacting us".
