Unfortunately without the details we would hardly be able to answer precisely.

At first glance the problem is cause by incorrect permissions applied.
Application may require network activity from other applications/services to perform require actions. So the applications/services have to be enabled as well.

Please first set TrayIcon/RightClick/Mode:EnableAll. This switches the firewall off.
If the problem remains under Mode:EnableAll, the firewall is hardly involved into the problem.

If the problem remain under Mode:Normal only, the problem is in the incorrect permissions nearly for sure.
When the firewall blocks an activity, it shows notifications balloon, adds the related entry to the Events pane and the log file. The notification text is pretty descriptive and shows what app/service was blocked and the rule triggered for the blocking.
Tracing the notifications you can reconsider the permissions.

If you have a problem with tracing the events you can send us the access.log file of the firewall installation folder and we would advise you the correct permissions.

The last entry shows “WindowsFirewall”
That means the block was made by WindowsFirewall (WF) actually.
Please manage WindowsFiewall accordingly.
There is nothing to do with W10FC
“Block Inbound Default Rule” means a hidden WF rule to implement the policy, i.e. to block any inbound connection that was not evidently configured.
So please enable the application in WF or change WF policy.

Sorry, i can't find any rule in WF that blocks my app. No custum rule worked for me. If i uninstall Windows 10 Firewall control the app works perfect.

WF blocks any inbound connection that was not _evidently_ configured by default policy.
(please read it once more, it should be clear, it's the default WF behavior)

So there is no an existing blocking rules for the app.
If you would like to enable the app, you have to

- insert _enabling_ rule for the app
or
- switch the policy
or
-switch WF off.

WF is a very(*) smart entity it can analyze other rules and insert hidden (like “Block Inbound Default”) automatically at runtime.
So why the rule is inserted only if a third party firewall exists, the WF developers know only.

(*) on a clean (just installed) system there is about 2000 WF rules, only a few of them are visible and so manageable, all the rest are hidden
