Actually it seems to be incoming and outgoing.

I don't care if it's horizontal, diagonal or vertical, we just need a clearer indication that both in and out are in the rule.

As the arrows are to be repainted anyway,
there is no problem to make them horizontal as well.
Bidirectional rules with be with arrows on the both sides.
